Set List for Stage Show

Preliminary Enhancement Segment

There is a brief introduction with very carefully crafted wording to captivate the interest of the audience.

Opening Act

  • This first demonstration sets the tone for the show. The mentalist writes a prediction and tells an audience member to “call out loud” a 2-digit number. When the notepad is turned around, a number can be seen on it. The predicted number is close, but it is off by one. At that point, the audience is mildly amazed the number came so close, but still a bit disappointed that the number was not an exact hit. Suddenly, your audience’s brains explode when they realize the mentalist has only been pretending to be off by one. It turns out that another audience member has been holding the exact prediction the whole time! This revelation hits super hard. Even the greatest skeptics just witnessed something miraculous and know they’re in for a ride.

  • Multiple envelopes are seen by the audience. One envelope is a dud and the other envelopes have prizes. The audience (100% of the audience) votes to choose envelopes. The mentalist influences everyone’s thoughts to select the winning envelopes and leave the mentalist with the dud. Not only are there emotional hooks that every member of the audience can relate to, but there’s also a thought-provoking mystery, prizes, lots of original comedy, and 100% audience participation. Think of this experience as an interactive game show in which the mentalist influences the audience to win prizes. It’s the perfect appetizer for what’s to follow.

Headliner Act (Main Act)

  • Next, 100% of your audience is included as a famous celebrity is thought of. We don’t want to spoil the ending, but let’s just say this demonstration is utterly baffling, easy for everyone to relate to (because the theme is celebrities), hilarious, and so visual that it can play for an audience of thousands. Nobody is left out. Everyone gets to be a part.

  • Do you believe in voodoo? That’s the theme of the next demonstration. Imagine two of your audience members are synchronized and you see “proof” that what happens to one audience member, is felt by the other audience member. Even to the strongest skeptics, this is an absolutely Earth-shattering mystery!

  • Have you ever fantasized of winning money playing card games at the casino? That’s the theme of the next demonstration. Imagine that the performer cleanly shows a deck of playing cards. (Note that these are giant cards so that larger audiences can see them from a distance.) Then he mixes up the playing cards. Next, he hands the playing cards off to one of your audience members to mix them up. The mentalist does not touch the cards. While the selected audience member remains on stage, the mentalist walks to the back of the room and faces the opposite direction. The performer’s eyes are closed and covered in the back of the room. The original audience member is still at the front of the room (on stage). This audience member randomly selects a playing card, shows it to the audience, and slides it back into the deck. With a comedic twist and 100% full audience participation, the performer announces what playing card was chosen and the exact position of the card, without going near it! This demonstration truly has to be seen to be believed.

  • An audience member inspects a book to confirm it has many different words. Then this audience member thinks of a word from the book. After that, the full audience stares at a pencil and directs their mental concentration to it. Soon enough, the pencil rises and starts writing on its own! What did it write? Well, it turns out to be the exact word the audience member thought of in the book. This demonstration is visual, it’s interactive, it adds variety into the show, and it’s downright spooky! (Actually, there are two additional, stunning phases to this demonstration, but we don’t want to spoil the ending here.)

  • Remember the casino game theme with playing cards? This time, the mentalist takes it further with a new twist. The mentalist hands off a pack of playing cards to an audience member and does not touch them. The audience member mixes the playing cards. While the mentalist is far away from the audience member, the mentalist names the cards, one after another, in real time as the audience member looks at each one! It’s an action-packed sequence with hard-hitting moments and gasps.

Grand Finale (Closing Act)

  • The audience thinks of anything from the name of their first kiss, a pet’s name, a travel destination they went on vacation to, their cell phone PIN number, etc. and the mentalist keeps revealing them. This is the reputation maker they remember for years!

  • An audience member is asked to think about a special vacation. The mentalist pulls out a sealed envelope with all the vacation details inside.
