Each small group creates a business message. Each small groups combines their business message with the entertainment from Step 2.
Each small group takes turns performing for everyone else. As you can imagine, everyone is carrying on laughing throughout this time.
Everyone receives prizes and celebrates each other's success. Nobody is left out. Every groups wins a prize.
